Professional Coordination
Referral Partners
Structured intake and professional coordination for matters referred by attorneys, CPAs, estate planners, and other advisors.
Soto Professional Group welcomes professional coordination with attorneys, certified public accountants, estate planners, financial advisors, nonprofit consultants, and other licensed professionals who serve clients with legal, tax compliance, or advisory needs in Puerto Rico.
When a matter is referred, it enters our structured intake process for human review. A team member evaluates each submission to determine whether the matter is within scope, which entity is the appropriate contact, and what additional information may be needed before an engagement can be considered. No engagement decision is made automatically, and every inquiry receives individual attention.
The Process
What to Expect
Structured Intake
All referred inquiries go through the same intake process as direct client inquiries — a brief submission reviewed by a team member before any engagement decision.
Human Review
Intake review is conducted by a team member, not an automated system. Every submission receives individual attention before routing or response.
Separate Engagements
Each engagement is independently scoped and documented by the applicable entity. Legal matters are handled by Soto Legal Counsel, LLC; advisory and compliance matters by Sierra Norte Advisory, LLC.
Professional Responsibility
All coordination with referring professionals is conducted consistently with applicable professional responsibility rules for each entity. We do not enter into arrangements that would compromise independent professional judgment.
Important
This page does not create a referral arrangement, fee-sharing agreement, or professional relationship of any kind. Any professional coordination is subject to applicable professional responsibility rules governing each entity. Engagements are documented separately through the applicable entity. Visiting this page or submitting an inquiry does not establish an ongoing referral relationship.
To refer a matter or discuss whether coordination is appropriate, submit an inquiry through our intake process. Please note in your submission that you are a professional contact referring a potential client matter.
Submit an InquiryDisclaimer: Website use does not create an attorney-client, CPA-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or confidential professional relationship. Submission of an inquiry does not create representation. No professional relationship is formed, and no work begins, until a conflict review is completed, an engagement is accepted, and written engagement terms are signed by the applicable entity.
